Report a Concern in App Reviews

You can now report app reviews directly from the App Reviews Manager interface.

When a review contains offensive comments, is not about the app itself, is spam, etc, the app developer has the right to report the review. App store agents then evaluate whether to keep or remove the review from the app page.

Technical info:

  • Both Apple and Google have different review processes, meaning that it can take a week or 2 to see a review deleted (it's not up to us, it's really how the stores work!).
  • This feature can also be used as a bulk action to report multiple reviews at the same time.
